As stainless steel strip we predominantly stock material-no. 1.4301. You can order this material as strips or sheets.
Our special strength is a distinctive stock of wide strips (mostly with a width of 300 mm) in a variety of thicknesses.

The advantage of our hot rolled spring steel is that there are high thicknesses possible. As the tensile strength of the bars is 900-1100 N/mm² it may be necessary to do a heat treatment after fabrication of your parts an before using them.

The bars can be cut in length according to your wishes.

Do you need spring steel but the needed dimensions are beyond the manufacturing dimensions?
In this case 75Cr1 might be a possible alternative. Its chemical analysis is comparable to C75S – the most popular spring steel quality.
With 75Cr1 you have got the advantage of expanded widths and thicknesses.
75Cr1 is available in hardening grades: annealed, 42-44 HRC and 48-50 HRC.

Spring steel wire is available as a patented drawn carbon steel or as stainless steel wire.

You receive our spring wire in the ring, on coil or in directed rods in the storage lengths of one, two and partly three meters.
We are happy to cut the bars into the desired length.
