VI. Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server within the EU and stored there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the internet.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
(3) You can also change the use of cookies by adjusting your browser software or cookie settings accordingly.
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIp". This enables IP addresses to be further processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is therefore deleted immediately.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under "My Data", "Personal Data".

VII. Facebook, Custom Audiences and Facebook Marketing Services
(1) Within our online offering, the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are resident in the EU, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used for the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offering.
(2) On the one hand, the Facebook pixel enables Facebook to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the display of ads (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook Pixel to display the Facebook Ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook Ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not appear to be annoying. The Facebook pixel also enables us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users are redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").
(3) The Facebook pixel is integrated after your consent by Facebook and can store a so-called cookie, i.e. a small file on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, the visit to our online offer will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and can be used by Facebook as well as for our own market research and advertising purposes. If we transfer data to Facebook for comparison purposes as part of the pixel process, this data is encrypted locally on the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done solely for the purpose of comparing the data with the data similarly encrypted by Facebook. The legal basis for the use of Facebook pixels is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
(4) The processing of data by Facebook is carried out within the framework of Facebook's Data Usage Policy. Accordingly, general information on the display of Facebook ads, in the Facebook Data Usage Policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Specific information and details about the Facebook pixel and its functionality can be found in the Facebook help area: https://www.
facebook.com/business/help/651294705016616.(5) You can also change the use of cookies by changing the appropriate settings in your browser software or in the cookie settings. To control the types of advertisements that are displayed to you within Facebook, you can go to the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions on usage-based advertising settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads. The settings are platform-independent, meaning that they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
